IS THERE SUCH A THING AS ARCHIVED ART Does the word oxymoron apply here? Art in itself is almost always an expression of one of the many idioms and facets of the human psyche and condition. So when did we become an archive. The purpose of art is to be a moment captured, that is for perpetuity, time immemorial, so how then is a moment archived if it is a living moment to be always admired, present, to adorn our lives, space and walls.

Archives often linger in the realm of the forgotten epochs, left in mythology over time, to become a faded memory. It seems a shame to archive beauty that only ever appreciates in value, that is prized adored and treasured beyond expression. We are all after all only the sum of our moments fleeting through time
